The LIG Nanowise SMAL AIR lens is an immersion free, non-contact super-resolution objective for the NANORO M.
SMAL AIR lenses can resolve features beyond the diffraction limit of light down to <100 nm. This is performed without the need for water- or oil-immersion techniques that are normally required for super-resolution microscopy. Coupled with the NANORO M microscope and scanning stages they can generate super-resolution images of large areas rapidly and non-destructively.
