Hot Cell™ Sensors for Bulks, Granules, Powders and Small Batteries

These three Hot Cell™ sensors have a small to medium cell volume and are intended for testing bulks, granules, and powders. They are also ideal for testing small batteries, such as button cells and small-size pouch cells. The cells are made of aluminium and have the shape of a flat cylinder. The three cell sizes have a width and height of 20 mm and 5 mm, 40 mm and 9 mm, and 70 mm and 12 mm, respectively.
The Hot Cell™ sensors come with high-temperature foam insulation and two cable options – a standard grey-colored polymer-clad cable for use between -20°C to 50°C, or a red-colored silicone-clad cable for use between -60°C to 180°C. For the latter option, grey-colored adaptor cable is needed for connection to Hot Disk® instruments (or sensor switch units) and is offered separately.
