Ultra-Portable Methane Analyzer (UMA) reports measurements of methane
and water vapor simultaneously in a package that is compact and
crushproof. Small enough to be carried on-board aircraft (TSA approved
size) and requiring only 60 watts, the UMA travels anywhere, initiates
data collection within 100 seconds after power up, and opens up new
opportunities to accurately and precisely measure methane with ease.
As with all LGR instruments, the UMA is simple to use which makes it ideal for field studies, compliance monitoring, leak detection (e.g., natural gas, coal seam gas, coal bed methane), air quality studies and soil flux studies, and wherever fast, accurate and precise measurements of methane are needed. In addition, as with all LGR instruments, the UMA reports fully resolved absorption lineshapes in real time which allows LGR instruments to accurately correct for water vapor dilution and absorption line broadening effects accurately and thus to report CH4 on a dry mole fraction basis directly without drying or post processing.
Furthermore, LGR’s new “Extended Range” option provides accurate methane measurements at levels up to 10% mole fraction (without dilution) without reducing precision and sensitivity at typical ambient levels - a unique LGR capability. to other atmospheric gases, the Carbon Dioxide Analyzer measures carbon
dioxide and water vapor in ambient air with unsurpassed accuracy and
precision without the need for frequent external calibration. The
instrument can store data practically indefinitely on its internal hard
disk drive and can send real-time data to a data logger through its
analog, digital (RS232), and Ethernet outputs allowing unattended

Isotopic Analysis: LGR’s Carbon Dioxide Isotope Analyzer is easy-to-use and requires low power to facilitate measurements in the field. The instrument provides accurate isotopic ratio measurements over an extremely wide range of CO2 values even when those values change rapidly.

compact, crushproof and travels anywhere. Small enough to be carried
on-board aircraft (TSA approved size) and requiring about 60 watts
(including pump), the UMAA offers opportunities to measure anywhere. As
with all LGR instruments, the UMAA is simple to use which makes it
ideal for landfill tracer studies, compliance monitoring, leak
detection, air quality studies, process monitoring, and wherever

N2O/CO Analyzer: LGR's N2O/CO Analyzer (Nitrous Oxide and Carbon Monoxide Analyzer) is the first instrument capable of continuously measuring ambient levels of nitrous oxide and carbon monoxide (with precision better than 0.1 ppb in 1 second) in real time (data rates to 10 Hz). Users can set up the instrument in minutes. Since CO is an excellent tracer of anthropogenic emissions, simultaneous measurements of CO and N2O can allow scientists to correlate the sources of N2O emissions. The N2O/CO Analyzer now also simultaneously measures water vapor mole fraction. As a result, the instrument reports N2O and CO on a dry mol basis (accurately corrects for water vapor dilution and absorption line broadening effects) without the need for sample drying or empirical corrections. Isotopic N2O Analyzer: N2O is a linear, non-symmetric molecule (N–N–O), with one nitrogen atom at the center (alpha site) and one at the end (beta site). Therefore, one can distinguish between two structural isomers containing one heavy isotope of nitrogen, namely 14N15N16O and 15N14N16O, referred to as 15Nα and 15Nβ, respectively. The intramolecular distribution of 15N in N2O can provide information about the geochemical cycle of N2O because many biological and chemical processes have distinct isotopic signatures.
LGR’s Isotopic N2O Analyzer (Isotopic Nitrous Oxide Analyzer) is the world’s first commercially available laser-based gas analyzer that measures isotopic site-specific (15N) nitrogen in N2O. Employing a continuous-wave mid-infrared quantum cascade laser along with LGR’s patented cavity enhanced laser absorption spectroscopy technique (Off-axis ICOS), LGR’s Isotopic N2O Analyzer provides continuous and precise measurements of the site-specifi�c isotopic ratios δ15Nα and δ15Nβ, and δ18O, of N2O directly and without preconcentration.

As a result, the instrument reports gas concentrations on a dry mol basis directly (accurately corrects for water vapor dilution and absorption line broadening effects) without the need for sample drying or empirical corrections.
The CH4/N2O Analyzer is designed for many demanding applications including trace-gas (air quality) monitoring (e.g., GAW stations), eddy-correlation flux measurements, and chamber flux measurements. The Analyzer is particularly well suited for measurements in the field and on-board aircraft for measurements in the upper troposphere / lower stratosphere. |Isotopic Water Analyzer (Liquid and Vapor)
Isotopic Water Analyzer (model IWA-45EP) is the world’s most advanced
instrument for measurements of both isotopic liquid water (including wines)
and water vapor. The IWA-45EP combines the features of LGR’s Liquid
Water Isotope Analyzer and Water Vapor Isotope Analyzer (Enhanced
Performance model) in a single instrument. For liquid water samples,
the IWA-45EP reports measurements at a rate of over 800 injections per
day. With the typical operating procedure (6 injections per
sample), this measurement rate yields over 130 total samples per
day. For continuous measurements of water vapor, the IWA-45EP
reports δ17O , δ18O and δ2H and water vapor mole fraction over a range of mole fractions greater than 60000 ppm H2O
in air. Changing between operational modes could not be
simpler - with only a simple switch, the user can switch from
measuring liquid water to measuring water vapor, or vice versa. - For

Ammonia Analyzer provides sensitive measurements of ammonia in ambient
air or in process flows containing ethylene with extremely high
precision and sensitivity. No longer do you have to spend a lot of
money or wait a long time or rely on scrubbers to measure ammonia with
high sensitivity – LGR’s Ammonia Analyzer provides direct measurements
every second with ppb-level precision. In addition, the Ammonia
Analyzer can report measurements quickly (fast response time) over a
very wide range of concentrations. The instrument, based on LGR’s
cavity enhanced laser absorption spectroscopy, is simple to use,
inexpensive to operate, and includes all components (internal vacuum

LGR’s H2S/NH3 Analyzer is available in different versions to allow users to select the model suitable for their needs. LGR’s “high sensitivity” model is designed for ultra trace detection of NH3 and H2S in ambient air, industrial process streams, or wherever highest detectivity is required.
